ABOUT THE HOPE CENTER FOR REHABILITATION

The Hope Center for Rehabilitation, located in Boynton Beach in south Florida, treats men and women struggling with substance abuse. It offers a full range of services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis before, during, and after treatment. This facility provides detox on-site.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

The Hope Center’s inpatient treatment includes a medically assisted detox program and inpatient rehabilitation (30 to 90 days). The approach is holistic in nature and revolves around the 12-Step model. Outpatient options span an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and standard outpatient program (OP). There is also an alumni program, which helps create a community of recovery and fellowship.

The facility offers a Christian-based therapy track, called “The Rising Son.” The program includes faith-based counseling and guidance, bible study, spirituality workshops, weekly church services, along with 12-step work and proven psychological therapy components. The Hope Center introduces interested residential clients to this experience and offers the full model in its IOP and OP.

The Hope Center also provides vocational rehabilitation, aftercare, relapse prevention, family programming, case management, trauma/post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. In addition, the facility treats clients with co-occurring conditions and specializes in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and anxiety, chronic relapse, gambling, and coping skills.

WHAT ALUMNI SAY

Five alumni polled by Best-rehabs.com to date provided mixed feedback about the Hope Center. Of the total, three former clients submitted highly favorable reviews while the other two offered negative opinions.

The positive alumni gave perfect five star ratings to the major categories of treatment effectiveness and accommodations/amenities and an average of 4.7 stars for meals and nutrition. They commended the staff’s competence and caring, such as alum N.O.: “This is the nicest treatment center I’ve been to and the staff was there to help more than I’ve ever experienced. I had an experienced therapist who was easy to talk to. He helped me out so much with treatment plans. The Hope Center’s staff were all great, open-minded people.” Alum M.C.P. agreed: “The Hope Center is a great program. The staff here is amazing and truly care about your wellbeing. Great counselor – good feedback – she actually cares about my wellbeing.”

On the opposite end, one alum rated treatment effectiveness, accommodations/amenities, and meals/nutrition only one star each whereas the other offered three, three, and two stars, respectively. Former client R.C.W. told Best-rehabs.com that a strength of the facility was its “faith based offering” and a weakness was that “staff rules food.” This alum disapproved of how staff treated clients: “Miserable. Staff was inexperienced and handled every case differently. No consistency.” The other negative reviewer wrote: “This place is terrible.”

The Hope Center for Rehabilitation Reviews

I've been to a few rehabs and can say for sure the Hope Center was special. Their facilities are all either newly constructed or updated. The housing was clean and comfy. First thing I got when I arrived was a welcome package and personally signed note! From then on through the therapy process I felt that the staff cared about how I was doing. Close to downtown Delray Beach. They threw us parties for the Holidays while I was there and organized outside event, which was fun and entertaining. First time I can see myself being able to sustain a lifestyle without my DOC.
This is the nicest treatment center I've been to and the staff was there to help more than i've ever experienced. I had an experienced therapist who was easy to talk to. He helped me out so much with treatment plans. The Hope Center's staff were all great, open-minded people.
The Hope Center is a great program. The staff here is amazing and truly care about your wellbeing. Great counselor - good feedback - she actually cares about my wellbeing. The techs are mostly in recovery and have a solid grasp on recovery. They genuinely care about the clients. The houses were clean and living was easy. You pick your own food and eat what you want. I love how they took us to outside meetings and groups during the day to allow us to open up about ourselves and learn from others. The best part of the Hope Center is how much they genuinely care about their clients and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
This place is terrible. They don't care about the clients, they only want the insurance money. Dirty housing. Nothing ever to do...boring
Faith based offering Staff rules food Miserable. Staff was inexperienced and handled every case differently. No consistency. Rewarded chronic relapsers while people on the right path are not.
