While Best-rehabs.com has not yet received any reviews from this facility’s alumni, the LaGrange location earned a low average rating of one out of five stars based on four Google reviews, including one from Kelly who wrote: “Terrible doctors, RUDE staff.”[1]
The facility received a one-star rating from a reviewer on CiteHealth, who also complained about rude staff.[2] “You’d think considering the patients calling are suffering from a mental illness, you’d be a little encouraging,” they wrote. “The receptionist was rude, and could care less about my needs at hand.”
