ABOUT WHOLE LIFE RECOVERY
Situated in San Juan Capistrano, California, Whole Life Recovery is a comprehensive addiction treatment center that overlooks the picturesque Pacific Ocean. We offer various programs including detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and sober living for individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
According to our official website, Whole Life Recovery’s mission is “to create an opportunity for individuals to live an authentic and rewarding life by treating the whole person through mind, body, and spirit, while decreasing chances of recidivism by providing innovative and quality treatment.”
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Our treatment program begins with a thorough psychological evaluation to develop a personalized therapy plan for each individual. Additionally, we conduct assessments to determine nutritional levels and develop plans to restore the client’s health.
Each treatment plan is tailored to the specific needs of the client and may include detoxification, relapse prevention, family and friend involvement, group therapy, anger management, child therapy, 12-Step meetings, individual therapy, and the use of brain mapping and neurofeedback.
Regular weekly individual sessions with a case manager and therapist are mandatory for each client. We also encourage supervised trips and activities such as beach bonfires, ropes courses, hikes, whale watching, and night meetings.
Residents are required to attend a minimum of four self-help or 12-Step meetings per week. Whole Life Recovery provides a family program every eight weeks and interventions as needed.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
Our treatment team comprises case managers, a program director, family therapists, and counselors. Each staff member possesses the necessary credentials and expertise to provide top-quality care.
ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES
Whole Life Recovery offers comfortable accommodations with 42 beds, usually with one roommate per client. Our facility features well-lit rooms and shared living spaces as depicted in the images on our website.
