ABOUT AGENCY FOR COMMUNITY TREATMENT SERVICES, INC. – KEYSTONE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
Agency for Community Treatment Services, Inc. (ACTS), a community-based health agency, has been providing treatment services and social supports for individuals and their families since 1978. Keystone Residential Program, located in Tarpon Springs, Florida, is one of the many programs offered by the organization. This program specifically offers a co-ed environment for adults dealing with drug abuse and mental health issues.
Keystone Residential Program also serves as an alternative to incarceration for individuals in Pinellas County and Hillsborough County jails. Detoxification services are available at other ACTS locations.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Initial assessment involves an interview to determine the most suitable behavioral health services. Each client is assigned a case manager who assists in creating a treatment plan, discharge plan, and an ongoing recovery plan.
Treatment at Keystone Residential Program is evidence-based and customized to individual needs. It includes individual and group therapy, recreational therapy, random drug screening, and medication management. Educational groups focus on various topics such as recreation, decision-making, living skills, finances, relationships, nutrition, and more.
Seeking Safety is a program offered to help clients address trauma issues in weekly gender-specific groups, and there are daily 12-step meetings. After discharge, clients are scheduled for follow-up appointments with providers in the community.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
The clinical staff at ACTS consists of a Medical Director, nurses, consulting psychiatrist, doctors, licensed clinical therapists, certified addiction professionals, case managers, and behavioral health technicians.

FINANCING
ACTS accepts Medicaid and major commercial insurance providers, including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, and Value Options. Sliding scale fees based on Federal poverty guidelines are offered for those in need.
