She strongly agreed that there are many counseling options to choose from, strongly agreed that the facility is adequately equipped and staffed to treat co-occurring mental health problems, and agreed that facility staff are experienced and well-trained. She felt that a strength of the facility was the group therapy. She felt that the facility could improve by separating men and women in treatment. She also added, “Great facility the staff you can count on. The group’s are very helpful and fulfilling ..outside meetings were great. Overall a wonderful environment.”

The loved one added that she felt the client benefited from the care they received at the facility. She added additional commentary stating, “The psychologist Michelle was so involved she was terrific. The impact letters that the family and patient had to write were tremendously helpful to all.”
