  • Many items of the program that were advertised and I was personally told about over the telephone simply did not exist. On arrival they will deny having said items or discussing them even though you could show them the items on the website. It is a bait and switch with almost no communication between staff and clients. Nearly all people depart when it is sprung on them that their insurance was up with no after care or plan put in place. I myself was only given 24 hr notice. When you arrive being told you are cleared through insurance for a 3 month program that included community integration with assistance finding housing housing and employment and then told it doesn't exist and have to leave after only 1 1/2 months something is wrong.
