  • The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The beauracracy can be a little confusing and much. The clinic is located in a convenient location so we could visit my relative. The staff seemed very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. It was clean and not depressing. I do think the paperwork could get confusing, especially when trying to help somebody with behavioral problems. But, otherwise, a nice place.
