TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Treatment at Reflections of Recovery begins with a comprehensive assessment by a team of psychiatric and behavioral health specialists. The facility uses an individualized treatment plan for each client.
Treatment uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and life skills groups. Holistic options include meditation and creative arts therapy, and medication management. Specialized treatment options are available for clients overcoming grief, trauma, PTSD, and other behavioral health conditions.
Educational coursework is used during treatment to educate clients about problem behaviors and coping skills. Clients participate in a series of courses designed to highlight behaviors that contribute to addiction and to practice sober living skills. Educational courses also focus on creating positive thought patterns that will steer clients toward better decisions.
Specialized therapy services are available to treat specific conditions including anger management, stress management, and pain management. Clients meet individually with counselors to discuss possible contributing factors and how to effectively address them. Grief and loss counseling is also available.
