ABOUT FOUNDATIONS ATLANTA AT ROSWELL
With multiple locations across the country, including Atlanta, Ga., Sautee Nacoochee, Ga., Malibu, Calif, and Palm Springs, Calif., Foundations Recovery Networks offers residential and outpatient treatment programs to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. One of four Foundations outpatient facilities in Atlanta, the Rosewell location provides outpatient treatment for adults, including clients with co-occurring disorders.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
All clients receive a comprehensive assessment by a master’s level clinician to determine if outpatient treatment is the appropriate level of care, and to help the staff develop a personalized treatment plan.
Treatment at the Rosewell facility is holistic and designed to treat the whole person – body, mind, and soul. The facility utilizes evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address addiction and a variety of metal health problems, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, pain issues, and psychological trauma.
Services include a partial hospitalization program, individual and group counseling, and medication management, as well as an aftercare monitoring program, intervention assistance, and state-required evaluations for DUI offenders. Holistic offerings include a variety of classes, from acupuncture, Pilates, and massage to music lessons, cooking classes, and adventure therapy.
A family program and multifamily group sessions are offered each week.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
According to the facility’s website, the Roswell treatment team includes licensed professional counselors, national certified counselors, a licensed clinical social worker, a master addiction counselor, and a registered nurse. The sole former client polled by Best-rehabs.com to date gave the Roswell facility a highly positive review, awarding it five out of five stars across all evaluated metrics, including treatment effectiveness, holistic offerings, counseling options, family participation, and treatment of co-occurring disorders. While the reviewer did note that the rehab was “lacking in personal feel,” they nevertheless praised the services and staff support.
