WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY

This reviewer issued only one out of five stars in metrics evaluated such as the accommodations and amenities, meals and nutrition, holistic offerings, the staff’s level of support, cleanliness, and family involvement. They wrote: “PATIENT CONCERN WAS NOT THEIR TOP PRIORITY,” citing that once insurance stopped coverage, they discharged the client without concern.
The other loved one gave four stars when asked if they would recommend the treatment center, and five stars for the staff’s level of training and experience. “Work with families to help understand,” they wrote.
