The center’s website states: “The inpatient unit is not a substitute for living at home. It is for people who choose to come in for treatment and will eventually return home.” No other details are available regarding the inpatient program.
The 10-bed, short-term inpatient track for seniors addresses conditions such as depression, confusion and disorientation, social isolation, and grief. Clients may participate in individual and group therapy, family meetings, recreation therapies, and spiritual guidance (upon request). Medication management is also available. Referrals may be made as needed to outpatient services. Prior to leaving, clients will have discharge planning.
