ABOUT WYOMING RECOVERY
Located in the community of Casper, Wyoming Recovery offers a full continuum of care for individuals struggling with chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders. We provide residential care, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and continuing care. Our facility also offers on-site medical detoxification services.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Treatment at Wyoming Recovery begins with an assessment. Clients in need of detoxification receive 24-hour care and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), such as Suboxone, as needed to minimize the discomfort of withdrawal.
Our residential treatment incorporates 12-step programming in combination with individual and group counseling. Educational groups focus on anger management, spirituality, cognitive behavioral therapy, and pain management. We also offer a specialized treatment track for professionals, including medical professionals and executives.
Partial day and evening programs are offered to accommodate clients’ schedules. While PHP follows similar programming as residential treatment, clients reside off-site. IOP provides nine hours of treatment each week over three sessions. Clients may transition from one level of treatment to the next based on progress. Please note that we do not have a fixed length of stay.
In addition, our facility offers a specialized, outpatient-based Suboxone Treatment Program for individuals struggling with opioid dependency. Following residential or outpatient care, clients can participate in weekly continuing care sessions to help prevent relapse.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
A medical director leads the multidisciplinary staff comprised of certified addictions specialists, a clinical director, support technicians, family counselor, a registered nurse, and an acupuncturist. All substance abuse treatment centers in Wyoming have continuing education requirements for staff.
