No structure...fellow addicts were put in charge and the bathroom facility was an out house and one house bathroom but this was 9 yes ago and I hear things have changed since then. I enjoyed the farm animals. I was in charge of and the dog training stuff we did..it was free to stay there and they want you to stay a year..I did and I'm still clean with no want for drugs but it wasn't the facility it was the change I wanted they provided the means to an end but it was me who did it
