ABOUT COMMUNITY RECOVERY RESOURCES- AUBURN CAMPUS

Community Recovery Resources (CoRR) is a nonprofit founded in 1974, which provides behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment in Placer and Nevada Counties in Northern California. Across the network, services include residential and outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents, as well as transitional living facilities and prevention services. The Auburn campus, located on a quiet residential street in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, offers detox and residential treatment for adults and outpatient care for adults and adolescents.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

CoRR is committed to a “whole-person” approach to health, under which each client follows an individualized treatment plan.

Residential treatment lasts 30 to 90 days and includes individual and group counseling, individual psychotherapy, and case management, as well as holistic offerings such as health, recreation, exercise, and nutrition planning.

Outpatient programs last up to a year and are built around individual and group counseling using evidence-based methodologies. The intensity and duration of treatment varies from client to client. Those receiving outpatient care may also access parenting classes and tobacco cessation and anger management services.

A dedicated program for mothers in recovery provides outpatient care at a variety of intensities, beginning with day treatment/a partial hospitalization program (PHP), at the most intensive end of the spectrum. Treatment lasts up to a year and includes individual and group sessions, mandatory 12-step attendance, parenting support, and skills training.
