On Google, Kaiser Permanente Richmond Medical Center received an above-average rating of 3.2 out of five stars from 43 individuals to date, though specific commentary concerned the center’s other departments.[1] Similarly, over 100 Yelpers awarded the center an average rating of three out of five stars.[2]
