WHAT ALUMNI SAY
By and large, the four alumni polled by Best-rehabs.com shared mostly positive reviews of their treatment experiences. One anonymous reviewer described the home as a “great place to get help,” and former client D.N. felt that her established time in sobriety “speaks highly about (the) quality of their services.”
In her review, first-time rehab program participant Brenda highlighted the center’s supportive environment and its effective staff. Offering five-star ratings for the respect shown to clients and the facility’s ability to resolve conflict, Brenda wrote: “I liked the love the women showed one another it was a home filled with respect…”
Yet alum Cynthia provided only three stars for treatment she received and shared some criticisms of the facility. She characterized the communication between staff members as “very poor” and felt that religious functions were “pushed” on residents. “They say they are a spiritual program but really it is more christian based,” she observed.
Nevertheless, all seven Google reviewers gave the center a perfect five-star rating as of this writing.[1] S.R. claimed that she built her “foundation” to recovery at Little House, and K.S. added, “It worked for me!” Ratings were similarly high on the facility’s Facebook page, which staff can monitor, with 65 users generating an average rating of 4.9 out of five stars to date.[2] Many alumni expressed gratitude for the quality of care from staff and the effectiveness of treatment programming. “They taught me with their love, structure and example,” K.R. wrote in a representative comment.
On CiteHealth, feedback was more on the mediocre side, as five reviewers gave the facility an average rating of 3.6 stars out of five.[3] Many reviewers continued the trend of referring to the center as “life-saving,” but a few logged complaints about the management team and facility director.

The single loved one polled by Best-rehabs.com shared a mixed review. The anonymous survey respondent expressed that “affordable Post-rehab connections with patients could be stronger because they still need continued help,” though this loved one still gave five out of five stars for treatment affordability.
Giving three-star ratings for most categories, such as exercise activities, counseling options, and admissions & discharge procedures, this individual also added that their loved one “seemed to be happy and treatment seemed to work.” A higher rating of four stars went to the level of family participation, and a perfect five stars were awarded to holistic offerings.
