ABOUT REFLECTIONS EXECUTIVE REHAB FACILITY
Reflections Executive Rehab Facility, located in Novato, California, is a boutique luxury treatment center that offers a comprehensive range of programming for executives and business professionals who are struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders. Our facility provides medically managed detox, intensive outpatient care (IOP), and sober housing for residential alumni. We also specialize in treating process addictions, including gambling and sex addictions. We offer a specialized track for clients who identify as LGBT.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Upon admission, all clients undergo a thorough psychosocial assessment with our clinical director. If necessary, clients begin their stay with medically managed detox, a week-long program designed to minimize the discomfort of withdrawal symptoms. Once stabilized, clients have the option to transition to our residential program.
Our residential program typically lasts for 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the individual needs of the client. We utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with individual therapy sessions and process groups that address trauma, anger management, grief and loss, and relapse prevention. Our residents also have the opportunity to engage in holistic and alternative treatments such as music therapy, artistic expression, yoga, and equine therapy. Medication management is provided as needed.
Prior to discharge, our clinicians provide comprehensive aftercare planning and may recommend transitioning into our 12-week intensive outpatient program. IOP includes two individual therapy sessions per week, group counseling, family counseling, and art therapy. For residential alumni who require a more intensive level of care, we offer an extended care program that features high-end sober housing and 20 hours of clinical programming per week.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
At Reflections, we maintain a staff-to-client ratio of 3:1. Our treatment team includes a psychiatrist, psychologists, nurses, licensed counselors, certified addiction counselors, and holistic treatment specialists.
ACCOMMODATIONS & AMENITIES
Our residential clients stay in a luxurious Mediterranean-style villa nestled on two secluded acres. With a maximum capacity of six clients at a time, we provide private bedrooms and bathrooms, individual work stations, a pool, a hot tub, a game room, and a fully-equipped gym. Our executive chef prepares made-to-order breakfasts and gourmet meals using organic ingredients. On weekends, clients have the opportunity to enjoy massages and other holistic healthcare options. We do not impose any restrictions on phones, laptops, or TVs, allowing residents to work between treatment sessions and stay connected with their colleagues when necessary.
WHAT ALUMNI SAY
In a survey conducted by Best-rehabs.com, ten out of eleven alumni highly praised Reflections, emphasizing the center’s professionalism and the amazing quality of its staff. One alum stated, “They diagnosed my mental health issues, fed me well, counseled me, gave me healthy things to do, introduced me to new people who were going through exactly what I was going through.” All ten alumni gave Reflections a perfect five-star rating for treatment effectiveness. Another alum described Reflections as the “most thorough, top of the line, credential, compassionate and comfortable treatment.” However, one alum expressed a negative experience at Reflections without providing further details.

In the survey, two family members reported being pleased with the care their loved ones received at Reflections. They both awarded five-star ratings for the facility’s treatment effectiveness and accommodations. One family member described the program as “exceptional,” while the parent of a client stated that Reflections was superior to other substance abuse programs in the Bay Area and commended the level of family involvement. The parent wrote, “They were caring, helpful and insightful in our parent weekly phone conferences. The Dr. did all in their power to help our son get to the next best place when he was leaving Reflections. We had group calls with them and other therapists.”
FINANCING
Our residential program at Reflections costs $65,000 per month or $2,500 per day. The 90-day residential program is priced at $150,000. We accept most major insurance policies and PPO plans, as stated on our website.
