TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

Florida Center for Recovery provides comprehensive treatment services tailored to each client’s needs. Treatment typically begins with an initial medical and psychiatric evaluation to determine if detoxification is necessary. After detoxification, clients may transition to inpatient treatment. Treatment includes participation in 12-Step work or the option to be involved in SMART Recovery.     The psycologist really needed more time with my loved one but the scholoship ran out of time. The counsellors and psycologist were wonderful to her.

  • Pretty strong all around. A small number of staff could have been trained better. On a scale of 1-10 I would give FCR a 9. The staff was helpful, nice and accommodating. The food and atmosphere were great. I loved the place and would recommend it as a great place to get back to life.

  • I believe some of the staff genuinely care. I feel that most of the staff do not care and are untrustworthy. I believe the patients don't wan to be there either.

  • It showed me that I could go to a meeting without the fear of someone saying that I was there. I also learned more about NA meetings. I even wanted to be a NA leader in my home town. It helped me greatly and the tools I brought home helped when I relapsed.
