Massachusetts General Hospital (Mass Gen) is a comprehensive primary, secondary, and tertiary care hospital network that houses the Center for Addiction Medicine (CAM). Located in Boston, CAM offers outpatient-based treatment for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. On-site, adult clients can access medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including Suboxone and Vivitrol.

The treatment at CAM is divided into two age groups. The Addiction Recovery Management Service (ARMS) is designed for young adults between the ages of 15 and 26, while the West End Clinic (WEC) serves adults.
