Castlewood II Treatment Center – St. Louis is one of Castlewood’s two residential facilities in the St. Louis area. It provides comprehensive treatment for individuals aged 16 and older who are struggling with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. The program also offers treatment for co-occurring substance abuse disorders and/or mental health disorders, including anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
