The anonymous client felt that a strength of the facility was that the “Doctor who treats your mental health is on staff there.” She felt that the facility could improve upon its residences, saying the coed living at Preferred Family Healthcare is “not suitable.” She also added, “I would not recommend this for someone unless they truly had a desire to stop using and could not go anywhere else.”
