Compass Clinic provides clinic-based, medication-assisted opioid treatment. Each client receives a personalized assessment, which is used to create an individualized treatment plan. Staffers are on call 24-hours a day and appointments are available to work around clients’ schedules. Drug tests are also available.

Compass Clinic offers a variety of medications to ease withdrawal symptoms and help clients through challenging detox processes. The facility is able to prescribe and distribute Suboxone, Subutex, and Zubsolv. It is among the 22 percent of Missouri facilities to offer Suboxone in treatment.
