ABOUT HORIZON HEALTH SERVICES – BATAVIA RECOVERY CENTER

Horizon Health Services is a nonprofit corporation that operates 18 facilities throughout western New York state, providing a wide range of treatment options for mental health and substance abuse issues. The Batavia Recovery Center, located approximately 45 miles east of Buffalo, offers outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents, as well as treatment for co-occurring disorders. Detoxification services are not available on-site but can be accessed at Horizon Health Services’ facility in Buffalo.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

  • They need a few councelors that have actually had a problem with addiction so they know first hand what the addicted person is going through. Just being book taught is not enough. Really didn't talk to you just lectured, not a very effective treatment, got more out of the AA program.
