  • Facility is absolutely horrible. Biggest issue there is the lack of compassion for the clients. Especially some of the nursing staff. One woman is a miserable human being... One of the male staff members keeps people waiting also.... If you don't have the compassion to help others in time of need....then get out of the field. People are trying to better there lived, treat them with respect.

Takes insurance. The person wasn't sober immediately after leaving the facility so I don't know how effective the treatment was.

  • Clean accommodations, friendly staff. It's close proximity for Long Islanders, on the inexpensive side. Clean and refurbished building and great staff. I got sober on my first try and they are a huge part of that.

  • It's a 12 step approach that breezes through step work. In 28 days they were already done with a few steps that usually take a lot more time to complete.
