Amy, a loved one, stated that they would not recommend this facility, and gave negative feedback regarding Florence Manor’s holistic treatment and counseling options. “Very disappointed in how my daughter was treated. They need to learn to deal with relapsed in a different manor,” the loved one wrote.
However, Amy gave high marks to the facility’s accommodations and amenities, including a five-star rating of its cleanliness, writing that the manor was “well maintined” and had a “positive atmosphere.” They also gave positive feedback of the facility’s exercise and leisure options as well as its connectivity and visitor policies.
