A service of INTEGRIS, Oklahoma’s largest healthcare system, Decisions Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Programs offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adults struggling with chemical dependency, mental health, or. Located in Oklahoma City, Okla., Decisions Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Programs also provides an after school IOP for adolescents.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Before beginning treatment, clients undergo a free initial behavioral and mental health assessment to determine a diagnosis and appropriate level of care. According to the facility’s website, Decisions Mental Health and Substance Abuse Programs are “results oriented – short term, intensive and effective.”
Each level of care involves a blend of counseling and educational sessions. During treatment, clients participate in individual and group counseling sessions, as well as attend educational workshops on coping strategies. These educational classes are intended to help clients understand their symptoms, explore causes of the disorder, and learn techniques to reduces stress, regulate emotions, and manage behavioral responses.

Decisions’ most structured and intensive level of care, its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), is held on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offering clients a full day of programming.
