ABOUT BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE ALL SAINTS MEDICAL CENTER
Located in Fort Worth, Texas, and part of Baylor Health, Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center provides intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for adults struggling with mental health disorders, chemical dependency, or both. An associate facility is located in nearby Temple.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Baylor clients undergo psychiatric evaluations to help identify the biological, psychological, behavioral and social factors affecting clients’ diseases. A physician on staff will help determine the appropriate level of care for clients. Staff help clients develop coping skills, improve mental health outcomes, and overcome emotional problems associated with their diseases.
Common mental health disorders treated include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety disorders (OCD, panic, phobias), and binge or compulsive overeating. Treatment includes individual, group, and family therapy; cognitive therapy; hypnosis and biofeedback; medication management; and motivation enhancement.

WHAT ALUMNI SAY
At the time of this writing, the three alumni polled by Best-rehabs.com gave mostly positive reviews of Baylor. Alumni rated the facility three to five out of five stars in 12 metrics, with mostly average four-star ratings. The facility was rated only 3.5 stars in affordability.
Alumni gave no complaints about the facility, instead writing that it boasted good counselors. Alum C.W., who rated the facility a perfect five stars in most categories, wrote: “I had a hysterectomy immediately after treatment with no pain killers which caused my relapse. The treatment facility was great and they did an awesome job.”
On Google, 117 reviewers to date rated Baylor as an entire hospital an average 3.1 out of five stars, with 49 negative reviews, five mixed, and 63 positive.[1] On Yelp, 26 reviewers rated the hospital an average three out of five stars.[2]

Three loved ones polled by Best-rehabs.com to date gave more positive reviews of Baylor, averaging four to five out of five stars in their ratings of 12 different metrics. They rated the facility a perfect five stars in family participation and cleanliness and four stars in exercise and leisure options, counseling options, and holistic treatment offerings.
In comments, two anonymous loved ones criticized Baylor’s location and staff’s understanding of the circumstances facing clients. However, the loved ones felt staff practiced good holistic treatment and showed compassion to clients. One wrote: “The facility was overall very good in treating people. Also, the staff and the amenities very valuable.”
FINANCING
According to the facility’s website, Baylor accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare. The facility also accepts Medicare and Medicaid, and financial assistance may be available to eligible clients. The facility also offers interest-free payment plans and 40% discounts to uninsured clients.
