ABOUT LUBBOCK FAITH CENTER, INC.
Founded in 1988, Lubbock Faith Center, Inc. is a long-term residential treatment facility that services men and women that struggle with substance abuse, and that have already completed a different residential or detox program. The Center’s program is based on the 12-step principles as well as stresses the importance of family participation. Aftercare services are available to clients that complete the program. Detox services are not available.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Lubbock Faith Center focuses on recovery from active addictions, recovery toward purpose, growth and ongoing maintenance for recovery or spiritual foundation and experiencing life. The facility uses the 12-step principles to guide clients through treatment. Education and group work are a considerable part of the program.
The treatment process is the same for everyone in the program. Treatment consists of individual and group coaching sessions. Family coaching is also available and encouraged as the facility holds family involvement in the recovery process in high regard. Clients also participate in job coaching as a way of developing sober living skills.
Aftercare is available for alumni of the program. They can attend in-house group classes and get individual coaching. The center has meetings every night. The meetings include group, steps study, and speakers.

Pictures on the Lubbock Faith Center, Inc.’s website show that clients live in two-person living spaces. The rooms appear to be well kept. There are shared spaces with a TV and couches, tiled floors, and a cafeteria.

The one alum polled by Best-rehabs.com at the time of this writing provided a positive review. They gave the center five out of five stars when asked if they would recommend treatment at Lubbock Faith Center to others.
The alum wrote that the center was understanding and caring. “It’s a great place to seek if you or I need any help with substance abuse.” They also gave the center five out of five stars for family participation, cleanliness, and affordability. However, they gave only three out of five stars for the facility’s holistic offerings, connectivity/visitor policy, and counseling options.
On Facebook, the earned 4.6 out of five stars from 62 reviews to date. [1] The alumni had mostly positive experiences at the facility. Alumni praised the staff and several alumni credited the center with saving their lives. For example, Anna wrote: “The Lubbock Faith Center saved my life… I thank the Lord for the staff and for all the wonderful people I have met in my journey of recovery.”
On Google, the facility earned five out of five stars from all six reviewers to date. [2] One of the alumni praised the facility for saving his life by teaching him simple tools, while another two alumni called the facility “home”.
