Reviewers rated Menasha either one- or two-star ratings, or perfect five-star ratings. Multiple negative reviews cited issues with paperwork, finances, and record keeping as well as difficulties getting the proper diagnoses or prescriptions. Positive feedback from alumni and parents of former clients cited individual doctors who were easy to work with.
Additionally, on the facility’s Facebook page, 12 ratings average 4.3 out of five stars, but commentary is limited.
