REVIEWS
Reviews of the facility are limited. To date only one alum has responded to the Best-rehabs.com survey. A.R. gave a mixed but generally negative review. Alum A.R. gave low one-star ratings for the facility’s exercise and leisure options, holistic offerings, and counseling options. While she did find the faith-based approach helpful, the alum felt that “the food, the staff, the groups” and the poor incorporation of 12-step principles hampered the facility’s effectiveness. When asked if she would recommend the facility, A.R. gave a poor two out of five stars, indicating that she would not recommend Jefferson Reaves House.
On Facebook, the Jessie Trice Community Health Center, which operates the Jefferson Reaves House, had an average rating of 4.5 stars out of five, based on 52 reviews. However, this rating is for the network as a whole and not specifically the Jefferson Reaves House.
