Located in Delray Beach, Fla. about an hour north of Miami, Sound Recovery Solutions offers a wide range of services for individuals struggling with addiction and/or co-occurring disorders. The services offered include residential, outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), day treatment program, and aftercare.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
According to the facility’s website, each treatment plan is individualized. However, in the inpatient program, treatment includes medical evaluations, mental health assessments, along with group and individual therapy.
Sound Recovery Solutions utilizes the Florida Model of Addiction Treatment, which was founded on the 12-Step methodology.
The center’s website indicates inpatient rehab is effective because it removes clients from their old environment and places them in a supportive environment for recovery.
Treatment at Sounds Recovery Solutions is designed to address underlying factors of addiction such as trauma, co-occurring disorders, grief or loss, and family of origin problems.
The Day Treatment Program and intensive outpatient program (IOP) were created as “step-down” programs for those who have completed the residential program or for individuals who need help but do not require residential treatment.
The programming for day treatment and IOP is similar to residential treatment. The treatment modalities used include spiritual groups, process groups, family education, recovery skills, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), patient & family therapy, and aftercare planning.
Clients can expect individual therapy, group sessions, family programs, life skill training, relapse prevention, 12-Step meetings, and career training in every program offered at Sound Recovery Solutions.

The two alumni polled by Best-rehabs.com at the time of this writing provided polarized opinions of Sound Recovery Solutions.
One alum gave five out of five stars for treatment effectiveness, accommodations and amenities, and meals and nutrition. “This is a very effective and nice facility,” they wrote. “They go above and beyond the call of duty for their clients.”
The other former client wrote while from the outside the center looks like a “positive and healing place,” the owner “just wants to drain your finances.”
Of the eight people who left Google Reviews for the facility at the time of this writing, seven provided a perfect five out of five star rating, and one left a one star rating.
