Students involved with the center’s services attend weekly seminars that foster community and develop life skills. These seminars are held in small group settings and cover a range of topics including academics, personal achievement, health and wellness, discernment, and spirituality.
In addition, participants have the opportunity to engage in other activities such as leadership retreats, sober study abroad programs, community service speakers and alcohol peer educators, and an “All Recovery Night” held monthly to promote communication and openness among different recovery communities.
Participants also receive individualized academic advising and early registration to support their academic and recovery goals. Scholarships may be available for those who have demonstrated excellent academic achievement, financial need, and a commitment to recovery.
