He strongly agreed that there are many counseling options to choose from, strongly agreed that the facility is adequately equipped and staffed to treat co-occurring mental health problems, and agreed that facility staff are experienced and well-trained. He stated that strengths of the facility are the leadership and the experience clients get to have with “young people in trouble.” The anonymous client did not list any weaknesses when asked, and added he would recommend City on a Hill to a friend or family member seeking rehab.
