Located in Overland Park, Kan., Doolittle & Harrington Healthcare offers evidence-based outpatient treatment services for adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse issues. Please note that we do not provide detox services.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
At Doolittle & Harrington Healthcare, we view addiction as a treatable disease. We incorporate evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to effectively address substance abuse issues. By helping clients change problematic thinking patterns and develop healthy coping skills, our treatment program primarily consists of counseling in both individual and group settings.
For adults, we provide the option to enroll in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that meets three times per week for three hours, a less intensive standard outpatient group, or individual sessions. Adolescents may benefit from specialized outpatient groups or individual counseling sessions. Additionally, we offer family sessions, including couples counseling, for an additional cost.
