WestCare – Hal Rogers Appalachian Recovery Center Reviews

this place is a joke, they give you wrong information on their web site. They lie to you over the phone (I know of two instances this happened to me by a tech and by a counsler} when calling to get information on a loved one. They treat the residents as children instead of adults. I would not recommend it for a dog.
This place is more like a modern jail facility, not impress ed at all. All you get to do is set at a table with your loved ones, no recreation at all, they could really improve on this matter and this is my opinion only.
