Elmhurst Home Inc – Naomi’s Nest Reviews

I went to this place for treatment, sat through the 2 hour intake process, and was told I’d receive treatment. After a couple months of calling them to find out what was going on, and after receiving no calls, emails, or texts from them, the supervisor told me I’d been removed from the program because I ‘kept changing appointment times,’ which is clearly untrue. I’m not sure what happened exactly, but they were rude and incredibly unhelpful.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy curriculum. Lack of professionalism and open mindedness to concerns, ideas or expertise of staff by administration. Administration and clinical overseen by one individual with minimal background in clinical concepts.
Staff. Had a relative there it's been a while.
Hate this place. It's in a terrible part of town. Way to far away. Does not tell the families correct info. Things I've sent my daughter money ect not given to her.
