ABOUT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER
Community Health Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers detoxification, residential, and outpatient services for adult men and women dealing with substance abuse. Additionally, medical care, educational seminars, and housing options are offered along with, provided by only 127 (31.3 percent) treatment centers in the state.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Community Health Center believes that addiction is a disease and provides individualized treatment plans. A holistic assessment plan is given at the beginning of treatment which includes individual, group, and, health care, and educational seminars. The residential program lasts between 90 and 120 days.
Vocational assistance, housing, case management, childcare services, and medical services are also offered. Additionally, this center is one ofOhio treatment facilities with who can also move into sober-living facilities once they have completed the residential program.
