ABOUT CORNERSTONE PROJECT SPRINGFIELD OFFICE
The Cornerstone project operates three facilities in southwestern Ohio: two in Dayton and this one in Springfield. Each office provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals struggling with opioid addiction. The Springfield office is located in the northwest of the city.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Cornerstone offers Suboxone treatment accompanied by therapy. There are also plans to offer a methadone program at the Riverside office in Dayton, though the Springfield office will continue to offer Suboxone only.
Cornerstone promises individualized therapy that can process a variety of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. Parenting support is also provided, and counseling is offered in individual and family settings. The center provides little further detail about its program, but an alum polled by Best-rehabs.com indicated that treatment was strongly based on the 12-Steps and had a strong faith component, but did not treat co-occurring disorders.
