Four Winds Ranch Recovery Center in Guthrie, Okla., is a residential substance abuse treatment program for teen girls ages 14 to 18 dealing with addiction and. Detoxification services are not available on-site.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Treatment at Four Winds Ranch Recovery Center begins with a mental health evaluation and generally lasts 90 days. To be admitted, clients must be medically stable. Clients will have an individualized treatment plan.
Treatment incorporates 12-step programming and emphasises family involvement, abstinence from drugs and former influences, and responsibility. Clients will learn new coping skills and participate in individual, family, and group therapy.
Clients will regularly receive education from teaching staff five days per week. Four Winds will make arrangements with the client’s high school to keep teenagers up-to-date with education.
Supportive services are offered to family members.
Four Winds Ranch Recovery Center employs full time educators and “licensed and highly trained substance abuse professionals.”

The alum gave the center perfect five-star ratings for its treatment effectiveness, accommodations and amenities, exercise and leisure opportunities, level of family participation, and overall cleanliness. The alum provided four out of five stars for the staff’s level of training and experience but wrote: “not well enough trained technicians.” The alum gave mediocre three-star ratings for the facility’s counseling options.

But went weeks this time & never returned our call,” wrote M.R.

Four Winds Ranch Recovery Center accepts private health insurance, though it does not that it works with insurance providers after clients have received a formal diagnosis of Chemical Dependency.
