ABOUT BESTCARE — BEND OUTPATIENT TREATMENT
With residential and outpatient programs in four cities across central Oregon, including Madras, Redmond, and Klamath Falls, and a status as the only Spanish-speaking rehab in the state, BestCare offers various treatment options for adults struggling with addiction and mental health disorders. The Bend location offers intensive outpatient care, a lower-level outpatient program, free gambling addiction treatment, and holistic pain management to adults living off-site.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
According to its website, BestCare’s intensive outpatient treatment has clients attend groups and classes throughout the day. Meals are provided during treatment, but patients must cover transportation to and from sessions themselves. The standard outpatient program also involves groups and classes, and clients meet for just five hours or less each week.
BestCare’s holistic, non-medical pain management program is unique in its treatment approach, which incorporates acupuncture, mindfulness training, massages, moderate exercise, and an anti-inflammation diet. Gambling addiction treatment is provided free of charge.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
There is limited information regarding staff credentials at the Bend location, but according to the facility’s website, outpatient clients do have “full access” to medical staff and counselors.
