Greenbriar Treatment Center offers both inpatient and outpatient programs for individuals struggling with substance abuse in Pennsylvania. In Pittsburgh, the facility provides intensive outpatient treatment, as well as partial day and evening services for adult men and women.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Clients undergo an initial assessment to determine the appropriate level of care: intensive outpatient, partial day/evening, or residential treatment.
Treatment at Greenbriar Treatment Center involves individual and group therapy, family counseling, psycho-educational groups, and workshops focused on relapse prevention and recovery in the workplace.
The center uses 12-step methodologies and requires clients to attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings. Clients are also encouraged to build a sober support system in the local community and obtain temporary sponsors.
Graduates have the option to enter Greenbriar Treatment Center’s halfway houses for aftercare.
