WHAT ALUMNI SAY
The two alumni surveyed by Best-rehabs.com at the time of this writing provided mixed feedback. One alum gave five out of five stars for treatment effectiveness, accommodations and amenities, and meals and nutrition. “Treatment effectiveness and accommodations were good,” they wrote.
The other alum gave three stars for treatment effectiveness, and one star for accommodations and meals. The alum noted there were no strengths of the center, and that the staff doesn’t listen to clients.
Of the four individuals who left Google Reviews for New Life Renewal Services at the time of this writing, three alumni provided positive feedback, and one person left a negative review.
The individuals who provided positive feedback praised the center’s staff and positive environment. “I’m so Thankful for the doctors at this office,” an alum wrote in a representative review. “The care and understanding that they’ve shown me means so much. The best decision of my life was the day I started seeing the doctors at New Life.”
The one alum who left negative feedback complained about the staff, and wrote the center only cared about money.
