TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Prior to admission at Valley Behavioral Health, clients undergo an assessment by case managers who recommend an appropriate treatment plan. Understands underlying causes for drug use,” but also noted, “Medical records were inaccurate and I was unable to correct them.”
