We are a residential treatment center exclusively for women, providing a nurturing environment for those in the process of overcoming their addictions. Our approach to treatment is holistic, recognizing the need for women to regain balance in their lives and heal from past traumas. Our program offers a safe and intimate atmosphere where women can begin their journey towards recovery and stabilize their mental health. Our comprehensive treatment includes individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based models such as experiential therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, 12-step, and seeking safety.


Renew Wellness & Recovery is a private facility located in Sandy, Utah. As one of the 70% of treatment facilities in Utah that offer residential treatment services, we also provide day treatment, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient services to women dealing with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.


At Renew Wellness & Recovery, clients can stay in residential programs for 30 to 90 days. Each woman receives an individualized treatment plan addressing all aspects of life – mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. The goal is to develop self-awareness, effective coping skills, and resolution of past traumas. Our programming includes medication management, weekly family and individual therapy sessions, and various evidence-based practices such as neurofeedback, expressive therapies, mindfulness, and daily psych educational groups. Additionally, we offer daily fitness activities, nutritional coaching, and assessments to help clients identify emotional triggers, regulate emotions, establish boundaries, repair relationships, and work through past traumas using methods such as EMDR, experiential therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy interventions.


Renew Wellness & Recovery’s treatment team comprises a board-certified addiction medicine physician, a marriage and family therapist, and a counselor.


Renew Wellness & Recovery is a seven-bed facility, offering a comfortable and homelike environment with shared bedrooms, a common area, and a dining room.

  • There is not enough words to express what this program has done for me. I am 35 years old and have struggled with addiction most my life. By coming to Renew I finally was able to tap into the missing components of who I am deep down. I was able to take this time to heal my emotional self and with this realization I can continue this work.The staff here are so amazing, they truly care about who you are and are always there to help you along your path of self discovery.
