ABOUT PEACEHEALTH SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
PeaceHealth Southwest Behavioral Health is a nonprofit, Catholic healthcare system that operates 10 facilities in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. Located in Vancouver, Washington, PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center provides behavioral health services through an outpatient clinic within the hospital. The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on a daily basis.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
At PeaceHealth Southwest Behavioral Health, the staff’s goal is to provide individualized and holistic treatment to each patient. Before enrollment, the clinical team meets with each client to have a comprehensive discussion about their current situation, concerns, and how these relate to their medical conditions, familial and social relationships, as well as their cultural and religious background. Based on the assessment findings, the clinical team works collaboratively with the client to determine the most suitable treatment approach, which typically includes individual, group, and family counseling, educational components, and medication management.

PeaceHealth Southwest Behavioral Health’s treatment team consists of licensed professionals, including a marriage and family therapist, a clinical social worker, a clinical pharmacist, and nurses.
