The positive reviewer, who rated most metrics five and four stars, including its counseling options and discharge planning, wrote: “They help meet the needs of patients. They are a very helpful and respectful.” The other, who gave mostly one- and two-star ratings, wrote: “There was drug use occurring within the facility.”
On Amity Treatment Center’s unofficial Facebook page, all nine reviewers to date rated the facility perfect five stars.  Several praised the program and credited it with saving their life, such as Adam, who noted: “As long as you’re willing to change for the better the program can help you.”

The three loved ones polled by Best-rehabs.com to date offered mixed feedback skewed to the positive: one review was highly favorable, another moderately favorable, the other negative.
Offering perfect five-star ratings for the level of family participation, loved one Amanda described the staff as caring and educated, and indicated that nobody was sent home before they were ready.
Another listed “they listen” as a strength, but added: “They just repeat the same thing,if you have to go back a second time they don`t change the program.” However, the anonymous loved one also awarded a perfect five-star rating for the level of family participation. The unsatisfied loved one was critical of the facility’s administrative processes and lack of communication.
