ABOUT ELEVATE ADDICTION SERVICES
Elevate Addiction Services is a private, for-profit residential drug and alcohol treatment facility for adults, located on 28 acres of mountainside in Watsonville, Calif. Our facility offers a holistic alternative to traditional 12-Step treatment and has an average client stay of 90 days. It is important to note that while the facility was previously affiliated with Scientology, it is now under completely new management and has no ties to Scientology. We also offer on-site detox services.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
At Elevate Addiction Services, we approach addiction as a manifestation of underlying emotional, physical, and/or spiritual issues. Our program is designed to address these root causes in order to effectively treat addiction. Our approach to treatment is holistic, addressing the individual as a whole.
The facility also offers a short-term detox program, in line with the practices of 335 other facilities in California. Following detox, clients are required to gradually reduce or eliminate any medication that is not deemed medically necessary, including anti-depressants.
Our four-phase program includes individual counseling, daily educational groups, family therapy, and regular SMART Recovery meetings. Clients also participate in holistic and experiential therapies such as yoga and hiking activities, as well as individually tailored fitness routines based on their readiness.
We provide consultations with nutritionists and utilize essential oils to help clients manage stress and common aches and pains. Regular recreational outings to the beach and forest are also organized.
After completing the residential program, clients have access to our free aftercare program. This program offers ongoing counseling and support, and unlike the other phases of treatment, there is no time limit. Clients can benefit from the aftercare program indefinitely.

Our staff at Elevate Addiction Services consists of individuals who are in recovery themselves. All our counselors are licensed and certified according to multiple accreditations. We are proud to be accredited by the Joint Commission, the California Department of Health Care Services, and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, which represents only 19% of facilities in the U.S.

Our tranquil campus, situated on 28 acres of mountainside, offers scenic views of Monterey Bay and Big Sur. With 150 beds, our ranch-style facility features forested walking trails, landscaped gardens, a sauna, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. Our design and amenities aim to provide a relaxed environment for clients to destress between treatments.
