On the facility’s Facebook page, which it can manage, there is a single five out of five star review; the individual did not leave any comments with the review.[1] On Google, the facility has an overall rating of five out of five stars based on ten reviews.[2] The reviewers all left overwhelmingly positive comments about the facility. One alum, R.H., who gave five stars, spoke highly of the facility’s amenities and staff. She wrote, “Very clean, great food, awesome people that actually care! The pool is fantastic. I’d recommend this place to anyone. All of my needs were met and they definitely went above and beyond! Please if you’re thinking about going don’t hesitate to call, you won’t regret it!” T.C., another alum agreed with that viewpoint. He also gave five stars and wrote, “I have been around the iRecover Program for more than 8 years. This a great site and is placed in the beautiful Palm Springs area. Their program is a full service program with great counseling, with outside meeting and helping you with all 12 steps, so you can have some major tools to stay clean and sober.”
On Yelp, the facility has an overall rating of 4.5 out of five stars based on three reviews.[3] The one four star review was left by an alum, J.B., who had a generally positive experience with the treatment effectiveness and counseling he received. However, he did offer some critique writing, “So why only 4 stars? Jim and John are great owners of a real rehab facility- call it growing pains, restructuring, rebranding, a lack of direction or indifference I don’t know, couldn’t place a finger on it but there was a tension the clients could detect- staff changes, and a general uncertainty of what was changing next – addicts don’t like knee jerk change… Don’t be fooled by the Facebook room either, it’s a single suite, all of the rooms are 3 bedroom suites, room 9 is the one the photos are of but who really wants an IKEA holiday?”
FINANCING
The cost of treatment at the facility is not published. The facility accepts insurance but does not list which plans they are in network with; sliding scale fees are available for those who qualify.
