At Second 2 None Recovery Services, our primary objective is to establish a secure and nurturing environment for clients and their families to engage in drug and alcohol addiction treatment. We offer a comprehensive outpatient program designed to equip addicts with the necessary tools to develop healthy coping mechanisms, establish a network of support in sobriety, and adopt a productive lifestyle that is crucial for sustainable recovery.
ABOUT SECOND 2 NONE RECOVERY SERVICES
Second 2 None Recovery Services is located 80 miles southeast of Los Angeles, in inland Southern California. Our center provides outpatient treatment services and sober-living facilities for adult men and women aged 18 and older who are struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT
Our facility offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that is more rigorous than many similar programs. It runs five days a week, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Our treatment plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, and we can provide dual diagnosis services and refer clients to the appropriate professionals.
We adhere to the disease concept of addiction, offering treatment based on the 12-Steps. Additionally, we utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and holistic therapies. Our clients engage in daily group counseling, 12-step meetings, and educational and relapse prevention sessions. Holistic therapies include yoga, meditation, hiking, nutrition education, daily fitness, homeopathic products, and more. Relapse prevention groups address various topics such as relapse, anger, self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, and more.
Our treatment goals include reintegrating clients into society with the necessary skills for success. For this reason, we provide life and work skills training. We also offer a family participation program, which consists of group meet and greets on Fridays.
STAFF CREDENTIALS
At Second 2 None, we work with a contracted medical professional to provide medical services to our clients. Feedback from loved ones has rated the staff’s level of experience and training a perfect five stars.
WHAT ALUMNI SAY
Of the five alumni reviews submitted to Best-rehabs.com, three were positive, one was mixed, and one was negative. The positive alumni praised our staff, describing them as “loving” and “awesome.” One wrote, “I have never met any group of people more dedicated to any cause in my life! The housing is perfect, the food is to die for!” Another alum mentioned that Second 2 None had saved their life. The mixed and negative reviews both mentioned unprofessional behavior from our administrators, but had differing opinions on the expertise of our clinical staff.
One individual, however, stated, “Staff is so disrespectful. This facility is such a joke, the website is a lie and I would never recommend anyone to Second 2 None.”
On Second 2 None’s Facebook page, which we may curate, we have received an average rating of 4.9 stars based on 23 reviews. In a representative review left on Facebook, one client wrote, “I owe my life to this place!! Amazing program filled with people who genuinely care!”
On Yelp, we have two alumni reviews rating us a perfect five stars, and one review rating us only one star. Positive clients praise our educational staff, with one alum mentioning, “Their staff was loving and supportive and gave me a family away from home.” The negative review, written by a loved one, criticized the facility for misrepresenting the staff’s expertise.
WHAT FRIENDS & FAMILY SAY
At present, we have received a single review from a loved one. The review was mostly positive, with some reservations. The anonymous reviewer rated us four or five stars in almost all evaluated treatment metrics, including our family program, treatment for co-occurring disorders, and counseling options. They also mentioned that Second 2 None had helped their brother with his addiction and mental health disorders. However, they added, “They just did not handle PTSD and bipolar together very well.”
WHAT STAFF SAY
One of our employees has rated Second 2 None a perfect five stars in various categories, including pricing, privacy, and staff’s level of experience and training. The employee noted, “Our strength is that we care about every single patient. If we feel they are above our care, we will refer them to the proper treatment center.”
FINANCING
Second 2 None accepts most PPO insurances. While we do not publish our rates, we strive to provide affordable treatment. Feedback from a loved one rated the facility’s affordability a perfect five stars.
