WHAT ALUMNI SAY

Third-party sites reveal mixed opinions. On Google, the Towson location received 3.7 out of five stars from six reviewers. William wrote on the site: “They also do a decent job helping the family cope with your behaviors and getting them to understand that your addiction is not their fault.” However, two individuals gave one-star ratings. Nina wrote: “Kolmac is a horrible place to treat addiction and the staff are uneducated.”
On Yelp, two of four reviewers left one-star ratings out of a possible five. Both one-star reviewers noted problems with staff. One alum commented: “This is supposed to be a treatment facility where the staff supports and helps you change, not one that neglects you when you relapse.” However, five-star reviewer Mark reported an opposite experience. “Kolmac is a top-notch, well-researched, and highly qualified recovery center. Staffed with gifted and educated counselors who take time to identify with clients,” they wrote.
